Job summary

ACS (UK) Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a Programme Manager to lead aerospace programmes from sales handover to completion. You will own time, cost, quality and weight performance and coordinate an Integrated Project Team with customers, OEMs and integrators.

You will manage complex engineering development, certification, production and customer-specific design requirements, supervise IPTs and drive milestones, budget, and risk management across the full programme lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programme management or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex aerospace programmes, development, certification and production.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from sales handover to completion and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets, cost, quality and weight performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate IPTs and liaise with customers, OEMs and integrators.
• Monitor risks and implement corrective actions across the lifecycle.
