Job summary

Malloy Aeronautics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to lead the planning, delivery and integration of complex, strategically important programmes across the organisation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, align stakeholders, and ensure benefits are realised while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Security clearance eligibility and a strong background in project management are required;

Qualifications

• University level education or professional qualifications gained through industry.
• Professional PM Qualification (APM or PMI) or years of practical experience in applying project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programmes and strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery and transition.
• Develop and maintain baselines: scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, resources and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and outcomes.
• Engage with customers and end-users during prototype maturation, trials and demonstrations.
• Ensure prototypes meet safety, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement across the programme lifecycle.
• Facilitate decision-making with timely programme information.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment across lifecycle.
