Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations including manufacturing, materials, quality, EHS, HR and operations excellence.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and profitability.
• Lead strategic execution and Lean initiatives across Eaton processes.
• Maintain P&L accountability and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with division leadership on strategic business decisions.
