Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Aerospace Group, Fuel Motion Control Systems Division, seeks an Aftermarket Product Sales Manager for Bedhampton, UK. The role combines aftermarket sales leadership with USM responsibilities during a transitional period, in a hybrid setup requiring on-site presence at least two days weekly.

The PSM will shape an aftermarket portfolio through market assessments, responsibilities for growth, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience negotiating and working directly with airline and MRO customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams to align aftermarket resources with growth goals.
• Identify and capture key strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and RMUs that align with growth objectives.
• Lead major customer proposals and RFQs.
• Monitor buying indicators including MRO budgets and upgrade plans.
• Provide market intelligence, pricing and competitive insights.
• Develop sales support materials, promotions, and training for global campaigns.
• Maintain aftermarket pricing strategies for the site.
• Forecast spares, LRU and repairs by customer for SIOP processes.
• Lead aftermarket top-line sales and order profit planning.
• Support buying/selling of USM; strengthen vendor relationships and manage repairs.
