The successful candidate will apply Six Sigma, process improvement, and design-for-manufacturing concepts to reduce cost and variability while collaborating with engineering and production to meet customer

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing techniques and value stream mapping knowledge.
• Six Sigma tools (DOE, regression, Gage R&R) and reducing variation experience.
• Strong problem-solving methods (8D, FMEA) and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains robust, cost-efficient manufacturing processes and product structures.
• Leads cost-out events and promotes continuous improvement culture.
• Applies lean methods to eliminate waste and meet customer expectations.
• Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Coordinates cross-functional manufacturing liaison for products from inception through shipment.
