Job summary

Eaton Lakeside in Redditch, UK, seeks a Production Leader to manage manufacturing and drive LEAN deployment across the plant. You will lead production teams to meet safety, quality, OTD, and cost targets while coordinating with Engineering, PM, Supply Chain, and Quality functions.

You’ll develop supervisors, coach teams, improve productivity, and sustain Eaton Business System and ECIS initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership and Lean deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, EBS and ECIS systems.
• Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA and quality controls.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 or AS9100 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop Supervisors and teams to build high-performance culture.
• Improve labour productivity, capacity utilization, and costs.
• Deploy Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Coach Kaizen events and value stream improvements.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Supply Chain and Quality on NPI.
