Eaton Lakeside facility in Redditch, UK is seeking a Production Leader to manage and improve manufacturing operations. You will direct production activities to meet safety, quality, OTIF, and cost targets while building high-performance teams and sustaining Lean deployment.

You will coach supervisors, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Engineering, Program Management and Supply Chain, and ensure regulatory and aerospace quality standards are met through systematic problem solving and

Qualifications

• Experience leading large production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of Lean, EBS, ECIS and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of quality systems and aerospace standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct production activities to meet safety, quality, OTDI, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach and develop production supervisors and teams.
• Drive labor productivity, capacity utilization and manufacturing efficiency.
• Deploy Lean Manufacturing, EBS and ECIS across manufacturing and support functions.
• Lead continuous improvement activities including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S, MESH and regulatory requirements.
