Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Planning to lead demand and supply planning, SIOP, and production scheduling for a leading aerospace manufacturing business in the UK. You will own strategy, systems, and data governance to balance customer demand with operational capability and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in SIOP, demand and supply planning, and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and analytics.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the company's supply chain planning strategy.
• Lead the SIOP process and align across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
• Develop demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management capabilities.
• Own ERP/MRP systems and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Drive data governance and performance reporting.
