Job summary

The role involves maintaining organisational hierarchy in HRIS, processing pay changes, and delivering management information to HR and senior stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of UK employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an HRIS (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, Oracle)
• Experience producing HR data and management reports
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and GDPR data handling

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and handle data changes
• Produce regular HR reports (headcount, attrition, absence) and data packs
• Maintain HRIS structure and pay/shift configurations in line with org changes
• Provide payroll and operational support and liaise with payroll teams
