Job summary

GKN Aerospace in Filton is seeking a HRIS Administrator to ensure accuracy and reliability of employee data across HR and time management systems. You will support reporting, payroll interfaces, and system configuration to underpin HR processes.

You will conduct data quality audits, maintain organisation structures, and deliver training on Time & Attendance to management. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of UK HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an HRIS and maintaining employee records.
• Experience producing HR data and management reports.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR.
• Experience supporting payroll interfaces.
• Experience with time and attendance systems.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS records including new starters and changes.
• Conduct data quality audits to ensure data reliability.
• Manage organisational structure and HRIS changes.
• Produce weekly headcount and monthly absence reports.
• Provide payroll and time management system support.
• Deliver user training on Time & Attendance.
