Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator to ensure accuracy and reliability of employee data across HR and time management systems. This permanent, on-site role at Filton Bristol focuses on data input, holiday calculations and system reporting to support HR and business operations.

The ideal candidate has payroll experience, HRIS administration skills, and familiarity with UK employment law, data quality and high-volume processing within manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll processes
• Demonstrable experience administering an HRIS
• Experience producing and interpreting HR data and management reports
• Some knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Experience administering time and attendance systems
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven data processing
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks
• Experience supporting factory or shift-based operational environments
• Understanding of training compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS
• Conduct regular data quality audits across all HR systems
• Maintain accurate organisational structure and hierarchy within the HRIS
• Produce and distribute standing HR reports
• Ensure the time management system is updated to reflect changes including shift patterns
• Provide ongoing payroll support
• Liaise with the business on operational matters including factory shutdown arrangements
