Job summary

GKN Aerospace in Filton invites applications for an HRIS Administrator to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR and time systems. You will generate key HR reports and support payroll, attendance, and system changes during operational shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy including Excel (lookups, pivot, data validation), Word and Outlook.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Produce HR reports on headcount, hires, leavers, absences, turnover and vacancies.
• Update time management data including shifts and leave; train managers.
• Provide payroll support by processing changes and liaising with payroll.
• Configure system changes during operational shifts and factory shutdowns.
