GKN Aerospace is seeking a proactive HR Systems Administrator to ensure accuracy and reliability of employee data across HR and time management systems. This permanent, on-site role at Filton Bristol focuses on data input, holiday calculations and system reporting to support HR and business operations.
The ideal candidate has payroll experience, HRIS administration skills, and familiarity with UK employment law, data quality and high-volume processing within manufacturing settings.

At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data across all HR and time management systems, providing the reporting and system administration foundation that enables the HR function and the business to operate effectively.
To put into simpler terms: data input, calculating holiday allowances, and generating system reports.
This role would suit someone with a background working in payroll for a large manufacturing business or temporary recruitment agency.
This role will be 100% on site at our Filton, Bristol location.
