Job summary

Safran Seats in Cwmbran, Wales, is seeking an Engineering Change Manager to lead the engineering change control process across multidisciplinary teams. You will collaborate with customers, manufacturing, and programme management to ensure changes meet schedule, cost and quality targets for aircraft seating products.

The role requires an engineering degree, CM2 knowledge, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in regulated environments with product configuration and engineering change processes.
• Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Engineering Change Management Process across teams.
• Coordinate evaluation and implementation of engineering change requests (ECR).
• Serve as key contact for Change Control Board (CCB) and manage end-to-end process.
• Facilitate change review meetings with stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor change implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in change processes and tools.
