Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of customer accounts, guiding orders from entry to invoicing and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan, deliver and support changes in production or service.
• Understand technical impacts of changes and keep activities aligned and well communicated.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to share manufacturing and production knowledge with the team.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer requests and claims, ensuring progress is visible and customer-focused.
• Represent the customer voice in meetings and support service reviews to demonstrate value delivered.
