Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in Fareham to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. You will own a portfolio of aerospace customer accounts and act as the primary contact for enquiries, forecasts and delivery performance.

Working with Planning, Production and Supply Chain, you will ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered while maintaining accurate ERP data and contractual compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP data and order management.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of aerospace customer accounts and serve as the main contact.
• Collaborate with planning, production and supply chain to meet delivery goals.
• Monitor forecasts, orders and delivery performance and keep ERP data accurate.
