Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Aerospace Air Freight Coordinator to join our Air team in Hounslow. You will coordinate specialist aerospace shipments, plan and deliver complex movements, and ensure compliance with service levels.

The role is fully on site, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with responsibilities spanning pricing support, documentation checks, and customs coordination. A strong operational background in air freight and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight imports, exports or similar freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of shipment documentation and customs processes.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialist aerospace shipments with customers, airlines, carriers and agents.
• Arrange handling and transport, check documentation and maintain records.
• Support pricing, supplier quotations and ensure service levels.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and escalate risks when needed.
• Coordinate customs clearance with relevant partners and support reporting.
