Job summary

Foundational in London is seeking a Logistics & Customs Coordinator to support fast-moving space hardware deliveries. This full-time, on-site role focuses on freight planning, customs documentation, and timely, compliant movement from suppliers to sites across four continents.

You will work with freight forwarders, manage HS codes and Incoterms, run temporary import processes such as ATA Carnets, and help keep inventory and assets tracked.

Qualifications

• Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
• Working knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and HS codes
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence with spreadsheets and logistics systems

Responsibilities

• Plan and book international freight for high-value, sensitive equipment
• Manage customs documentation, commodity codes, duty and import VAT
• Run temporary-import processes such as ATA Carnets
• Work within our export compliance process on classifications and licences
• Track inventory and assets across sites
• Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers and host sites
