Job summary

Mountain Healthcare are seeking an Administrator/Crisis Worker based at the Hazlehurst Centre CSAAS SARC, West Yorkshire, with an additional location in North Yorkshire. This full‑time role combines admin duties with crisis support for victims of sexual assault, including preparing forensic procedures and liaising with agencies.

You will have experience supporting vulnerable people, be IT literate, and able to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children.
Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults.
Knowledge and understanding confidentiality.
IT literate.
Work experience within an administration role; data collection, Excel spreadsheets, reports and data manipulation essential.
Driver with access to a car 24/7.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone information and support.
Assist in administration and management of patients visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and collecting forensic evidence.
Support use of the colposcope and medical care, provide advocacy and patient-centered service.
Ensure high DNA decontamination standards between forensic cases.
Liaise with other agencies regarding management of historic cases.
