Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Advice Services Manager / Deputy CEO to lead our debt casework and outreach teams, ensuring high-quality advice across our services and strong client outcomes.

You will coordinate staff support, foster teamwork, and deliver excellent client service in a busy environment while promoting flexible working and staff wellbeing.

About the role

• We have a vacancy for a new role managing our team of debt caseworkers and outreach advisers as well as overseeing quality of advice in our general advice service.
