You will interpret regulatory requirements and provide expert guidance on suitability, helping the business navigate complex advice challenges while ensuring robust standards.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of the FCA regulatory framework for financial advice, including suitability and Consumer Duty.
• Significant experience in financial advice, advice frameworks, suitability, and compliance.
• Ability to interpret complex regulation and translate it into practical standards, guidance and requirements.
• Experience producing reports and presentations for senior governance forums.
