Location | National (you'll work from one of our hub locations at least two days per week in Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Dundee or Bristol)
Type | Permanent Salary | £62,000 - £69,500 (£73,500 - £81,500 in London)
As Advice Framework Manager, you'll play a central role in developing and maintaining the Advice Framework and associated control environment that underpins advice delivery across Lloyds Wealth. Combining strong technical expertise with sound judgement and commercial awareness, you'll interpret regulatory requirements, provide expert guidance on suitability and help the business navigate complex advice challenges. You'll ensure our advice standards remain robust, proportionate and aligned with regulatory expectations, business risk appetite and the delivery of good client outcomes. You'll work closely with colleagues across Proposition, Risk, Compliance, Client Office and Change, influencing proposition developments, regulatory projects and business change. You'll also act as a trusted adviser to projects and governance forums, providing clear recommendations, constructive challenge and practical solutions.
