Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an Advanced Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism, in a brand-new service designed for 5 individuals. Duties include following support plans, maintaining routine, and delivering person-centred care with 2:1 staffing initially.

Roles available include part-time and full-time with flexible shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 in Social Care and have strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to lead their best life.
• Follow person-centred support plans and ensure routine and consistency.
• Provide 24/7 support with planned shift patterns and 2:1 staffing initially.
