Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and physical health.
• Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD and complex needs to live their best life.
• Build trusted relationships, promote independence and wellbeing.
• Spend the shifts with the person you support and deliver person-centred care.
