Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an Advanced Support Worker in Liverpool to support one lady with complex care needs. You will provide personal care, medication administration and home management, while building meaningful connections and community involvement.

Shifts are 8am–8pm, days, with guaranteed contracted hours. The role requires a Level 3 in Social Care or relevant social care experience, passion for independence, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.
• If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with
• This lady loves getting out in the community, so this is something you would support with too!
