Operose Health is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Church Lane Surgery in Braintree, Essex. The role is 32 hours per week, primarily telephone-based triage with no face-to-face contact, and a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

You will assess, diagnose and manage care from initial history taking, collaborating with the GP team, and providing nursing leadership as needed.

Formación

• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred, ACP status also considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for presenting patient from history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.
• Work with general practice team to meet patient needs and support policies.
• Provide nurse leadership as required.
