Job summary

Operose Health in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled NMC-registered nurse to deliver comprehensive primary care, from history taking to diagnosis and treatment within our general practice team.

You will collaborate with the practice team, demonstrate safe clinical decision-making, and pursue advanced practice toward non-medical prescriber status, with a MSc level 7 preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC-registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescribing.
• Experience in a primary care setting.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner preferred; ACP pathway considered.
• Salary up to £60,000 with eligibility based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care within the general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support delivery of policies and procedures; provide nurse leadership as required.

Job description

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
• It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
  Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
