Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to enhance primary care delivery in the UK. You will assess patients, diagnose, treat, and evaluate care, while providing clinical leadership within the general practice team.

Ideal candidates will have Primary Care experience, NMC registration, and progress toward non-medical prescriber status; MSc/ACP qualifications are valued. Competitive salary up to £60,000 with several CPD and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice to working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner preferred; accreditation or MSc to ACP status may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Main Responsibilities:
