Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner for The Practice Northumberland Avenue in Southend-on-Sea. This permanent, full-time role offers a pro rata salary up to £60,000 and 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis for patients within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.

About You

You are an experienced

Advanced Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality care in a primary care setting. You are NMC registered, with

advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status. You have a minor injury and illness qualification and are committed to maintaining and monitoring high standards of care. Ideally, you hold a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification, or you are accredited or working towards

ACP status.

Key Responsibilities
