Job summary

Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby is recruiting a Sales & Proposals Lead to shape the sales model and go-to-market strategy for the Advanced Nuclear programme. You will drive proposals, customer engagements, and governance across a multi-disciplinary team, with autonomy and accountability.

You will collaborate with Strategy, operations, finance, and legal teams to translate complex technical and financial data into compelling offers, supporting UK energy security objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales/Proposals role within a technically complex, highly regulated industry.
• Ability to translate technical, financial, market, and commercial information into compelling proposals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of sales models and strategy in the advanced nuclear market, including governance and operating models.
• Develop customer-facing presentations, value propositions, and proposal artefacts from first principles.
• Collaborate with Strategy to adapt sales strategy to evolving market factors.
• Develop engagement strategies and map stakeholders for effective customer interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Draft internal briefs and presentations for stakeholders up to the Executive Board.
