Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby is seeking a Sales & Proposals Lead to shape the sales model and go-to-market strategy for the advanced nuclear programme. You will own proposals, customer engagements and the early market strategy with clear autonomy and accountability.

You will collaborate across technical, strategy, commercial, and government relations teams to translate complex information into compelling customer-focused outputs and ensure alignment with UK energy security goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/Proposals in a technically complex, highly regulated sector (Defence/Power/Aerospace/Oil and Gas).
• Experience bidding and translating technical, financial, market and commercial information into proposals.
• Ability to develop compelling customer-facing presentations and value propositions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of sales models and strategy in the advanced nuclear market, including organisational design and operating models.
• Develop customer-facing presentations, value propositions, proposals and artefacts from first principles.
• Collaborate with Strategy to reflect evolving market insights in Rolls-Royce's sales strategy and documentation.
• Create engagement strategies and stakeholder maps for effective customer interaction.
• Represent Rolls-Royce at key events to maintain market awareness and promote pipeline development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
