Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking a Project Delivery Professional to support In-Service Programmes for UK Nuclear Submarines. You will drive delivery for multiple work packages, ensuring cost, time and technical specification compliance in collaboration with engineering and other functions.

Hybrid working is available; on-site attendance is expected for collaboration and project activities. You will engage with customers, lead governance, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring security

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or business or equivalent professional development.
Experience in project management across lifecycle, risk, cost, planning.
Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP and scheduling tools desirable.
APMP or PRINCE2 qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Accountable for successful delivery to cost, specification and time for packages of work.
Lead progress updates of schedules with stakeholders.
Identify and implement project management improvements.
Lead the project management governance meetings and decisions.
Coordinate integration with engineering, supply chain, and planning.
