Job summary

Practice Plus Group is looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team across Worcestershire. You will assess and treat patients with urgent unscheduled needs outside GP hours, working across sites in Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester, Malvern and Evesham.

The role offers flexible shift patterns, CPD through our Learning Management System, and access to private health insurance and other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner.
• Urgent care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Out of Hours environment.

• Coordinate with 111 referrals and paramedics or district nursing teams.
• Provide high-quality patient care across Worcestershire sites.

Our WorcestershireOOH service is spread across the county with sites in; Kidderminster, Redditch,Worcester, Malvern and Evesham. Please see the link below to see the site map.

Our OOH service is open from 18.30-08.00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you.

In OOH we assess and treat patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention suitable for treatment by general practice clinicians when the GP surgeries are closed. Our referrals come from either 111, via a dedicated health care professional line used by paramedics and district nursing teams or from the AED or MIU.
