Job summary

Worcester Bosch is hiring for a Customer Experience Advanced Apprentice in Worcester. The role sits in our fast-paced Contact Centre, focusing on training resources, materials, and effective communication across teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate training resources, manage knowledge bases, and support improvements to training programs. We value strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to bridge between organisational levels.

Qualifications

• Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract term (2-year fixed term).
• Degree in a relevant capacity with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in customer settings and using Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain departmental training resources, ensuring moderation kits, equipment, and supplies are stored and available.
• Organise training room availability, audit materials, and maintain Knowledgebase System and Training Matrix for accuracy.
• Edit and coordinate the departmental newsletter; identify improvements to training programmes and support communication between Advisors and the Leadership Team.
• Act as a collaboration champion, promoting engagement, knowledge sharing, and cross-team communication within the department.
