Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a proactive marketing professional to join the brand team. You will develop compelling communications for domestic and commercial products, delivering engaging campaigns and digital experiences.

You will work with product managers and sales to ensure consistent messaging across channels and support materials. The role emphasizes creativity, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment with events, POS, and website content

Qualifications

• Marketing qualifications/experience, including university degree.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about marketing, creative, and proactive.
• Always keep the customer at the front of your mind.
• Self-motivated team player, collaborates with sales and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver stand out marketing communications for a leading brand.
• Market domestic and commercial products including boilers, heat pumps, and controls.
• Create engaging campaigns, digital experiences, and content and POS materials.
• Support with content development and website copy; coordinate events and branch POS.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing support meets goals.
