Social Worker - Learning Disability Team (Rotherham)

This is a Long Term Temporary post, starting ASAP.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Social Work
• SWE Registration
• Right to work within the UK

We have exciting new opportunities for agency Social Workers in the Learning Disability Team in Rotherham.

The team is passionate about working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We welcome applications from those committed to improving the lives of Rotherham residents and shaping service commissioning. We seek energetic and passionate individuals dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Ideal candidates are not afraid to challenge and will promote independence and autonomy through a strength-based, person-centred approach. Successful applicants will join the newly established permanent Learning Disability team, which already maintains effective relationships with professionals, organizations, carers, and families. This team will play a key role in driving the learning disability transformation programme forward.

Must Have:

• A professional qualification in social work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS/Update service
• References covering the last 5 years of employment
