iMap Centre is seeking Bank Adult Support Workers to join our team, providing flexible cover for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs. You’ll support independence, life skills and community participation while working as part of a dedicated team.
Full training will be provided; prior experience is helpful but not essential. The role requires flexible availability and a compassionate, patient approach to care and support.
iMap is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Bank Adult Support Workers to join our team at the iMap Centre. As a Bank Adult Support Worker, you will provide flexible cover to support our services during periods of annual leave, sickness, and increased demand. This role offers the opportunity to work around your availability while making a positive difference every day.
Holiday pay rolled up and paid as an additional 12.07% of your basic pay for all hours worked. This represents payment for your statutory holiday entitlement and is paid alongside your hourly rate. There is an additional £0.40 per hour for Waking Night duties.
You will support individuals to participate in a range of meaningful activities, develop life skills, access their local community, and achieve their personal goals.
