Job summary

iMap Centre Limited in Winsford is seeking passionate support workers to help children and young people make the best of every day. You will support personal care, wellbeing, and community activities.

Hours include earlies, lates, weekends on a rotating shift, with part-time options. We value resilience, compassion and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Please note iMap do not currently offer Certificates of Sponsorship.

• Apply creative and innovative ideas to support education
• Support with all aspects of health and wellbeing.
• Attend appointment and arranging social activities.
• Support opportunities in the community and actively encouraging independence.

Job description

Are you Understanding, Empowering and Aspirational? If so, you could help our children and young people make the best out of every day. Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford.

Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably in SEND/autism
• Be compassionate and understanding.
• Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.
• Effective verbal and listening skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skill.
