Job summary

Imap Centre Limited in Winsford is seeking dedicated support workers to help children and young people meet personal care needs and participate in education and activities. Roles include early/late shifts, weekends on a rotating basis, with part-time hours available.

We value resilience, compassion, and the ability to empower individuals with autism and SEND, encouraging independence and community involvement while maintaining high welfare standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in SEND/autism.
• Compassionate and understanding.
• Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Job description

Are you Understanding, Empowering and Aspirational? If so, you could help our children and young people make the best out of every day. Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford. Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available.

Please note iMap do not currently offer Certificates of Sponsorship.
