Job summary

iMap Centre Ltd invites applications for a Bank Adult Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional support needs. You will provide flexible cover to support services during leave, sickness, and busy periods, helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.

Holiday pay is rolled up at 12.07% of basic pay for hours worked, plus £0.40 per hour for waking night duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support worker role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• A willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

iMap is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Bank Adult Support Workers to join our team at the iMap Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and additional support needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.

As a Bank Adult Support Worker, you will provide flexible cover to support our services during periods of annual leave, sickness, and increased demand. This role offers the opportunity to work around your availability while making a positive difference every day.

Holiday pay rolled up and paid as an additional 12.07% of your basic pay for all hours worked. This represents payment for your statutory holiday entitlement and is paid alongside your hourly rate. There is an additional £0.40 per hour for Waking Night duties.
