Job summary

Croud is seeking an Adtech Account Manager to manage a portfolio of GMP clients in a hybrid role, splitting time between the Shrewsbury office and remote work. You will drive strategic roadmaps, help clients navigate privacy and consent changes, and stay ahead on Google’s latest AI-powered features.

Ideal candidates bring strong GMP knowledge, adtech client experience, and collaborative, results-driven approach. You’ll support revenue growth and client satisfaction across complex campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within adtech or digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platform including Analytics, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360.
• Strong understanding of tracking and tagging concepts and digital advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and drive strategic direction for GMP clients.
• Develop and execute tech maturity roadmaps to achieve client goals and revenue growth.
• Be the main contact for clients, providing guidance across the GMP tech stack.
• Manage technical requests, SLAs, and ensure timely delivery of tickets and projects.
• Lead client onboarding including setup, training, and long-term adtech strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell/cross-sell services.
• Advise on first-party data strategy, consent management, and server-side tagging.
