Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking Adoption and Change Management Consultants for UK remote contract roles of 6 months, available to both juniors and seniors. You will support AI adoption and digital transformation programmes, helping organisations realise value from Microsoft 365 Copilot.

You’ll work with change management specialists and stakeholders to deliver targeted training, communications and champion networks, enabling teams to understand and adopt new technology effectively.

I'm recruiting multiple Adoption and Change Management Consultants, both Juniors and Seniors, to support a major AI adoption and digital transformation programme. This is an opportunity to help organisations get real value from Microsoft 365 Copilot by building user confidence, embedding new ways of working and driving sustainable adoption.

You'll work alongside change management specialists and customer stakeholders to deliver practical adoption initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered tools. From developing targeted training and communications to supporting champion networks, your work will help teams understand, embrace and use new technology effectively.
