Job summary

Reply in Manchester is seeking a Graduate Change and Communications Consultant to support organisations in realising value from Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI‑enabled ways of working. You will develop clear campaigns, training materials and stakeholder communications that explain new tools and behaviours.

Working with experienced consultants, you will contribute to change and adoption initiatives, process mapping and improvement activities, plus AI & Automation Factory projects, while

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in a creative/communication-focused discipline or related field.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident presenting to groups and adapting messaging for audiences.
• Interest in AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop clear communications, campaigns and stakeholder updates.
• Design and deliver training materials, user guides and workshops.
• Assist with process and user journey mapping and basic process re-engineering.
• Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate insights.
• Support adoption projects through content creation, testing and showcases.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates across teams.
• Build knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and cloud technologies to improve delivery.
