Job summary

Project Blackbook LTD is seeking an experienced Process Design Consultant to support a major Adobe transformation programme for a large retail organisation. The role focuses on designing future-state business processes, incorporating new digital capabilities and AI-assisted ways of working.

The consultant will document end-to-end processes, map current and future states, and help prioritise a backlog of improvement opportunities to drive the transformation through successive phases.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving business processes within large transformation programmes.
• Strong process mapping skills, including current-state and future-state design.
• Experience with digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer-facing technologies.
• Understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation and their application to business process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and document future-state processes across customer planning and commercial operations
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Adobe capabilities and AI-assisted workflows
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define process requirements, dependencies and future ways of working
• Develop process maps and a prioritised backlog of improvement opportunities to support future transformation phases
