Project Blackbook LTD is seeking an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support a major Adobe transformation programme in a large retail organisation. This contract role focuses on designing and embedding the target operating model, aligning processes, roles and capabilities to enable new ways of working.

Key tasks include defining structures, reviewing current models, establishing governance for AI-enabled workflows, and working with stakeholders to embed the model and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing target operating models in large, complex organisations.
• Strong background in digital transformation programmes, ideally with Adobe or CX tech.
• Understanding of AI-enabled processes and automation is advantageous.

Day rate: £300-£475 inside IR35

Project duration(s): 3 months, starting asap

Location: Hybrid in London

We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll help design and embed the target operating model, aligning processes, roles and capabilities to support new ways of working.

Tasks

• Design the target operating model, defining organisational structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working

• Review existing operating models and identify changes required to support redesigned processes and Adobe capabilities

• Develop operating model principles and governance frameworks to support AI-assisted workflows and future transformation initiatives

• Work with business stakeholders to embed the operating model and support adoption of new capabilities

Requirements

• An independent consultant

• Strong experience designing and implementing target operating models within large, complex organisations

• Good experience supporting digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer experience technologies

• Understanding of AI-enabled processes, automation or emerging digital capabilities would be advantageous
