Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior process transformation designer to own end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled process design. You will lead workshops, drive benchmarking analyses and establish adoption plans with senior clients.

The role blends business insight with AI/GenAI methodologies to redesign operating models and processes. You will collaborate with data, engineering and industry teams, ensuring responsible design with human-in-the-loop and clear escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Proven benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics or facilitation.
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI and integrating AI in business design.
• Deep expertise delivering project work in at least one industry domain.
• Applied knowledge of AI design principles including autonomy levels and human-agent handoff.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics delivery within process transformation engagements.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions to add value in process work.
• Apply GenAI evaluation frameworks to assess AI-integrated designs.
• Drive responsible design with human-in-the-loop and escalation triggers.
• Lead future-state process specification and adoption planning.
• Run client discovery workshops and manage client relationships.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Build documented redesign methods and contribute to playbooks.
