Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Platform to shape and deliver the Martech vision. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration across our digital ecosystem.

The role combines strategy, architecture, and hands-on leadership, with hybrid work and opportunities to influence Martech roadmaps and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in modern digital environments.
• Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform, incl. Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems using Microservices and Event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership to guide teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions across AEP (Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Target, Launch) for personalised omnichannel experiences.
• Oversee data flows into/out of AEP enabling real-time activation, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
• Deliver high-level estimations to guide prioritisation, planning, and sequencing.
• Provide deep platform expertise to support engineering teams during design, build, and optimisation.
• Act as a trusted technology consultant to the business on capabilities and opportunities within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Support Martech strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans with product owners and engineering teams.
• Promote best practices for scalable use of Adobe platforms.
