Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays seeks a skilled Solutions Architect specialising in Adobe Experience Platform to shape our Martech vision and act as the technical authority across Adobe platforms. You’ll partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to design scalable, future‑proof solutions powering personalised journeys across web, mobile, email and paid media.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in complex digital environments.
• Deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise including Real-Time CDP, Launch, Target and Edge.

We're seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect specialising in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Martech vision. You'll be the technical authority across Adobe's marketing platforms, ensuring we maximise value, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and integrate seamlessly across our digital ecosystem.

This role works at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and hands-on technical leadership. You'll partner closely with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to design scalable, future-proof solutions that power personalised journeys across every digital touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and design end to end solutions across the Adobe Experience Platform including Real‑Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Target, and Launch that deliver highly personalised, omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, email, paid media, and emerging channels.
• Oversee data flows into and out of AEP, enabling real‑time activation, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
• Deliver high level estimations to guide prioritisation, planning, and delivery sequencing.
• Provide deep platform expertise to support engineering teams during design, build, and optimisation.
• Act as a trusted technology consultant to the business, helping them understand capabilities, constraints, and opportunities within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Support the development of the Martech strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans in collaboration with product owners and engineering teams.
• Promote best practices and champion consistent, scalable use of the Adobe platforms.

What You’ll Have

• Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead within complex, modern digital environments.
• Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform, ideally including hands‑on understanding of Real‑Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch.
• Demonstrable experience designing distributed, cloud‑native systems using Microservices, event‑driven architectures and Headless web topologies.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of influencing decision‑making and guiding teams through ambiguity.

Desirable

• Adobe Certifications
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with composable DXP architectures and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architectural experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, Assets and Edge Delivery Services.
