Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays seeks a skilled Solutions Architect specialising in Adobe Experience Platform to shape our Martech vision and act as the technical authority across Adobe platforms. You’ll partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to design scalable, future‑proof solutions powering personalised journeys across web, mobile, email and paid media.

You will oversee data flows for real‑time activation, segmentation and journey orchestration while ensuring security, privacy

Qualifications

Experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in complex digital environments.
Deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise including Real-Time CDP, Launch, Target and Edge.
Proven ability to design distributed, cloud-native systems.
Excellent communication and leadership to guide teams.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end solutions across the Adobe Experience Platform.
Oversee data flows for real-time activation and journey orchestration.
Ensure security, privacy, and data governance compliance.
Deliver high level estimations to guide prioritisation, planning and delivery sequencing.
Provide platform expertise to support engineering during design, build and optimisation.
Support the Martech strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans with product owners and engineering teams.
Promote best practices and scalable use of the Adobe platforms.
