Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation and MarTech strategy from London. The role is hybrid, 35 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and broad CDP/CRM capabilities.

You will engage stakeholders at the C-suite level and guide architecture decisions across Martech initiatives, ensuring scalable, data-driven outcomes aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' Enterprise Architecture experience
• Strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) expertise
• Adobe Certifications (AEP, AJO, RTCDP, Analytics/CJA, Target, or Workfront) preferred
• Deep understanding of CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Personalisation & Customer Journey platforms
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and C-Suite engagement experience
